Description
As a Customer Relations Specialist, you will be the friendly and trusted point of contact our customers rely on, both in person and over the phone. Glenwood State Bank is seeking a full-time Customer Relations Specialist for our Alexandria location, working Monday through Friday from 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM with a rotating Saturday schedule. In this role, you’ll build relationships, assist customers with their banking needs, and help create a welcoming experience with every interaction.

As a Customer Relations Specialist, you will provide fast, friendly, and professional support through phone calls, live chats, and in-person interactions with current and prospective customers. Responsibilities include responding to customer inquiries, maintaining knowledge of bank products and services, following established policies and procedures, and assisting with administrative duties such as coordinating deliveries, sorting mail, and helping ensure smooth lobby operations.
To thrive in this role, it is crucial to have strong communication skills and interact professionally with customers. It is also important to be detail-oriented, organized, and able to prioritize tasks effectively.
