Responsibilities
Make follow up customer service calls to past service customers
- Assist in the production of weekly and monthly printing of sales advertising mailers, postcards and business cards
Utilize CRM tracking system daily
- Log client interactions and feedback using CRM software
Essential Skills
At least one previous role based in customer service experience
- Active Listening: Hear out client frustrations without interrupting.
- Empathy: Show genuine care for a customer's specific situation.
- Software Literacy: Comfort with CRM systems, databases, and standard office tools

They also provide automotive services, including battery services, brake repairs, and oil changes across their 15 dealerships.
