Day-to-Day Duties:

  • Further knowledge of sales/customer service
  • Assisting in customer retention and customer support
  • Provide excellent customer service while ensuring customer accounts
  • Contact customers following sales to ensure ongoing customer service and customer satisfaction
  • Monitoring customer accounts and sales
  • Assisting customers with all aspects of sales and service
  • Process sales and service orders
  • Training current sales and marketing reps 
  • Progressing from the sales and customer service representative role
