Boeing Commercial Airplanes (BCA) is currently seeking a Customer Quality Support Representative (level D) to support the Customer Airlines through Total Quality program in Renton, Seattle, WA.
The candidate will serve as the quality customer interface and assist the customer throughout 737 production and delivery on complex accounts, tasks and projects.

Candidates are required to travel up to 10-15% of the time to non-Boeing locations throughout the assigned region.
Position Responsibilities:
- Quality customer interface and assist the customer throughout production and delivery on complex accounts, tasks and projects
- Provide product manufacturing and delivery status
- Facilitate and lead resolution of customer concerns
- Complete administrative tasks that support customer requirements
- Engage and lead stakeholders to ensure a positive customer experience
- Lead in the identification and execution of improvement activities aimed at enhancing the customer experience and increasing efficiency
- Provide customer orientations around safety, production, delivery processes and the Quality Management System (QMS)
- Coordinate and communicate applicable production records with the customer
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office such as Power Point, Excel, and Word
Basic Qualifications (Required Skills/Experience):
- 3+ years of experience building relationships with customers, program offices, subcontractors, and product organizations
- 3+ years of experience in airplane operational and organizational processes in maintenance operations and/or flight operations
- 3+ years of experience inspecting aircraft/aerospace parts, components, and/or assemblies for conformance with applicable drawings, specifications, quality standards, and manufacturing plans
- 1+ years of experience with giving presentations and public speaking
- Experience working directly with customers to solve complex problems and define requirements
Preferred Qualifications (Desired Skills/Experience):
- 5+ years of experience with aircraft production or maintenance
- Experience interacting with any of the following: Airline customers, Aviation industry associations, Aircraft regulatory officials
- Experience communicating project plans for completion of work scope between multiple customers and resources

Summary Pay Range: $113,900 - $154,100
