SCOPO DELLA POSIZIONE:

Rappresentare il cliente all'interno di Motrol e rappresentare Motrol nei confronti del cliente per tutti gli aspetti relativi alla qualità di prodotto e di processo. Garantire un'efficace gestione delle problematiche qualitative, assicurando il raggiungimento degli obiettivi di Customer Satisfaction e il miglioramento continuo delle performance qualitative aziendali.


REQUISITI RICHIESTI:

  • Diploma tecnico o laurea in Ingegneria.
  • Esperienza di almeno 2 anni in ambito Qualità Automotive.
  • Conoscenza di IATF 16949 e dei Core Tools Automotive (APQP, PPAP, FMEA, SPC, MSA).
  • Esperienza nella gestione di reclami cliente e problem solving (8D, 5 Why, Ishikawa).
  • Capacità di lettura del disegno tecnico e conoscenza GD&T.
  • Ottima conoscenza della lingua italiana e inglese parlata e scritta.
  • Buona conoscenza del pacchetto Microsoft Office.
  • Disponibilità a trasferte nazionali e internazionali.

Costituiscono titolo preferenziale:

  • Certificazione Auditor IATF 16949 o VDA.
  • Esperienza pregressa nella gestione di clienti OEM europei (Audi, Volkswagen, BMW, Mercedes, Stellantis, ecc.).
  • Esperienza in aziende Tier 1 Automotive.
  • Conoscenza dei portali qualità dei principali clienti Automotive.
  • Conoscenza di Power BI o strumenti di analisi dati.
  • Buona conoscenza della lingua tedesca parlata e scritta.

RESPONSABILITÀ/COMPITI:

  • Gestire reclami e segnalazioni cliente, garantendo risposte tempestive e coordinate.
  • Coordinare attività di contenimento, analisi delle cause e implementazione delle azioni correttive.
  • Redigere e gestire report 8D e altra documentazione richiesta dal cliente.
  • Monitorare KPI di Customer Quality (PPM, reclami, scorecard cliente).
  • Gestire la sottomissione e l'approvazione dei PPAP.
  • Collaborare con Produzione, Qualità di Stabilimento e Ingegneria per il miglioramento continuo.
  • Supportare audit cliente e audit interni.
  • Gestire resi cliente, addebiti qualitativi ed eventuali Resident Engineer.
  • Collaborare nelle ispezioni interne di processo e di prodotto (audit interni).

POSITION PURPOSE:

Represent the customer within Motrol and represent Motrol to the customer for all aspects related to product and process quality. Ensure effective management of quality issues, guaranteeing the achievement of Customer Satisfaction objectives and the continuous improvement of company quality performance.


REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS:

  • Technical diploma or degree in Engineering.
  • At least 2 years of experience in Automotive Quality.
  • Knowledge of IATF 16949 and Automotive Core Tools (APQP, PPAP, FMEA, SPC, MSA).
  • Experience in customer complaint management and problem solving (8D, 5 Whys, Ishikawa).
  • Ability to read technical drawings and knowledge of GD&T.
  • Excellent command of spoken and written Italian and English.
  • Good knowledge of the Microsoft Office package.
  • Availability for domestic and international business travel.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • IATF 16949 or VDA Auditor certification.
  • Previous experience managing European OEM customers (Audi, Volkswagen, BMW, Mercedes, Stellantis, etc.).
  • Experience in Tier 1 Automotive companies.
  • Knowledge of quality portals of major Automotive customers.
  • Knowledge of Power BI or data analysis tools.
  • Good command of spoken and written German.

RESPONSIBILITIES / DUTIES:

  • Manage customer complaints and reports, ensuring timely and coordinated responses.
  • Coordinate containment activities, root cause analysis, and the implementation of corrective actions.
  • Draft and manage 8D reports and other documentation requested by the customer.
  • Monitor Customer Quality KPIs (PPM, complaints, customer scorecards).
  • Manage PPAP submission and approval.
  • Collaborate with Production, Plant Quality, and Engineering for continuous improvement.
  • Support customer audits and internal audits.
  • Manage customer returns, quality charges, and any Resident Engineers.
  • Collaborate on internal process and product inspections (internal audits).
