As a Customer Planning Coordinator, you will coordinate and optimize production schedules to ensure seamless operations and delivery of products. Success in this position hinges on maintaining close communication with both operations and customers to provide an efficient workflow that satisfies the end-user.

Key Responsibilities:
- Reactor Scheduling: Plan and manage reactor schedules in close coordination with the operations team to optimize production efficiency, ensure resource use, and meet delivery deadlines while addressing customer expectations.
- ERP System Management: Handle order management and batch creation within the ERP system to ensure accurate processing.
- Customer Notification: Maintain relationships and satisfaction by communicating with customers about order status, delays, or updates.
- Daily Shipping Report: Prepare and distribute daily shipping reports to track outgoing shipments, ensure accuracy, and uphold commitments to customers.
- Production Meetings: Lead daily production meetings to review schedules, address challenges, and align team efforts across departments.
- Cross-Department Communication: Foster across all departments in the facility to ensure smooth workflow, quick resolution of issues, and alignment with customer requirements.
Qualifications:
- High school degree required; A degree in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration or a related field, or relevant experience in reactor manufacturing is preferred.
- Ideal candidate will have 1 to 2 years of production scheduling or a related role.
- Proficiency in ERP systems and scheduling software (Oracle).
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple priorities.
