Customer Onboarding Specialist

Padlet is building software for a good education. A good education is one that inspires curiosity, creativity, and community. Our software enables that through visual content creation and collaboration in millions of classrooms worldwide.

We are fortunate that many schools want to use our product. But one challenge to adoption is onboarding — connecting Padlet to their login systems and training teachers on how to use the product well.

We want to provide a first-class onboarding experience to our customers. We are looking for a Customer Onboarding Specialist to help us with that at our office in Singapore.

Responsibilities

• Helping new customers with onboarding tasks.

• Conducting product demos.

• Putting Padlet in the hands of a billion people. Good onboarding isn't just vibes. It's the difference between whether someone uses our product or not.

Qualifications

• You like working hard.

• Zoheb Jamal: His high school hates him, and rightly so. There was once an advanced maths exam where half the cohort failed. Teachers wanted to bump everyone's marks by 10 to soften the carnage. But they couldn't cuz Zoheb Jamal got 99/100. Leads customer ops, compliance, and growth.
