Between sales and marketing, this role's core responsibility is to improve presence, market share and also sell-out of the category on the E-retailers / Etailers platforms, by driving fundamentals (ePOS & traffic) as well as integrated online marketing campaigns.You will also be in charge of turning data, insight and category strategy into eTail customers plans and execute with excellence, in cooperation with the regional Marketing and eTail teams.Your contribution, on pure-player, hybrid and marketplaces, will include the following activities :
- Build data & insights driven eTail customer plans
- Partner with our Etailers to get data, insights & understanding of their marketing ecosystem and capability Analyze data and insights (sales, content, competition, shopper, traffic ...) to identify business opportunities Build customer marketing plans, in line with Category strategy, Regional Etail best practices and Cluster channel portfolio strategy ,with optimized range by seller/customer Plan & align DCS/SO and Soft targets with KAM & Head of eTail, provide annual plan & quarterly forecasts.
- Some Sales experience (forecasting, monitoring, reporting business metrics, selling consumer products)
- Business & negotiation acumen
- Pre-experience in matrix organization
- UX/CX experience
- Candidate will have experience in eCommerce & Digital Marketing, gained from working at an Etailer (must) and for a brand (plus)
- eRetail Media (eCommerce Advertising) & eMerchandising expertise (Online assets, SEO optimised copy, PaidSearch, Display, Navigation etc.)
- In-depth understanding of online reseller landscape, best practice & familiar with major Etailers platforms
- Strong analytical skills and data-driven thinking i.e excel in playing with KPIs like sales data, channel margin, rebate, market-share and is advanced in Excel
- Proactive, energetic, self-starter with hands-on approach to the business and results oriented
- Highly collaborative and good communication skills to manage multiple projects & various stakeholders
- Consumer and customer centric
- English and local language a must.

- Run monthly & quarterly reviews & best practice sharing internally & externally
- Provide weekly management reporting of performance against target and market activity as well as analysis on Etailers, i.e product / category sales trend to drive learning and decision-making
- Share learning back to region to fuel the regional best practices
- Execute with excellence to Drive NPI and Run-rate business
- Manage day to day business by activating all Etailers platform, marketing & media tools:
- Maximize traffic to our products’ pages, thru Retail Media i.e Site placements, Search, SEO, Events, Brand store and leveraging Logitech Digital marketing too
- Improve Conversion & Loyalty, thru best in class Content, Ratings & Reviews, CRM
- Drive ASP up, thru Attachment and Cross-merchandising tactics
- Planning and executing promotions - aligned to the brand and customers commercial calendar
- Coordinate and ensure timely execution of the 360 activations at Etailer, i.e NPIs and top events, in line with our best practices and in cooperation with the KAMs and Marketing managers
- Contribute to T&Cs with KAMs to get customer marketing in the terms & Manage D2D Marketplace operations (where applicable)
