🌟 About Us

At New Lantern, we’re building tools that help radiologists work smarter, faster, and with less friction. Radiologists and technologists use New Lantern for their full work day as our software is at the core of all primary functions. Successful implementations are critical to driving adoption and long-term value. We’re looking for a Customer & Implementation Specialist who is excited to partner directly with customers, translate technical requirements into real deployments, and ensure onboarding is smooth and impactful.

🛠 What You’ll Do

As a Customer & Implementation Specialist, you’ll be the bridge between our product and our customers. Your responsibilities will include:

  • Customer Onboarding: Lead new customers through setup, training, and go-live.

  • Customer Support: Respond promptly to customer inquiries, and be open to night-shifts since our customers use our product 24/7.

  • Training & Enablement: Deliver product training sessions (virtual or onsite) and build support documentation.

  • System Configuration: Set up accounts, integrations, and data mappings to meet customer requirements.

  • Collaboration: Work closely with Sales, Customer Success, and Engineering to ensure customer needs are met and feedback informs product development.

  • Issue Resolution: Triage implementation-related issues, escalating to technical teams when needed.

✅ What We’re Looking For
  • Bachelor’s degree (or equivalent experience).

  • Strong communication and client-facing skills.

  • Ability to explain technical concepts to non-technical users.

  • Organized, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple projects at once.

  • A problem-solver with curiosity and a growth mindset.

  • Experience with HL7, DICOM, or PACS (a plus, but not required for entry-level).

🎯 Why Join Us?
  • Be part of a small, fast-moving team where your impact will be felt immediately.

  • Direct exposure to customers in healthcare — your work improves real patient care.

  • Opportunities for career growth in Professional Services, Customer Success, or Product.
