AIM OF THE JOB:
Provide administrative support to the Customer Relation Unit and performing numerous duties, including but not limited to handling of visitors, answering phone calls, responding to emails, scheduling meetings, maintenance of documents and file records and any other ad-hoc admin duties as required.
KEY AREAS OF RESPONSIBILITY:
1. Provide administrative support to the Customer Relation Manager.
2. Attend to all residents/visitors and incoming calls and to take messages for team members in their absence.
3. Manage and maintain filing system
4. Assist in the preparation of handing over of completed homes to home-buyers.
5. Prepare, handle and process confidential and sensitive documents.
6. Handle all office admin and clerical matters and ensure administrative procedures of the company is adhered.
7. Undertake such other duties of a similar nature which fall within the scope of the post and which may be required from time to time.
