The Customer Facing Project Manager will use expert skills to scope projects, develop proposal documents, generate demand for services and training as well as ensure issues are resolved and kept within budget and timeline. The Program Specialist II will be familiar with validation documents and procedures.

- Deliver weekly integrated project updates covering status, risks, issues, and financials
- Monitor performance, analyze data, and help identify root causes of project challenges
- Escalate critical issues quickly and appropriately
- Review project documentation and deliverables to ensure quality and compliance
- Drive corrective actions to keep scope, timelines, and quality on track
- Keep teams aligned through project plans, meetings, and clear communication
- Serve as the single point of contact for Support, Product Management, and R&D
- Support PMO initiatives and contribute to SOP updates
- Ensure adherence to core methodologies, including:
- Agile
- SDLC
- 2+ years of project management experience
- 2+ years experience leading in a matrixed environment and building cross‑functional relationships
- 2+ years defining, estimating, and scheduling project work
- 2+ years experience managing project financials, including PO burn rate
- Strong customer‑facing communication skills—written, verbal, presentation, and negotiation
- Experience with Product Lifecycle Management (PLM) or PRIME methodology
- Bachelor’s degree in business, IT, or related field
- Hands‑on experience with software implementations
- Strong MS Office skills (Project, Excel, PowerPoint, Visio)
- Salesforce experience (priority consideration)
- Agile Scrum certification
- Industry experience in Life Sciences, Medical Device, CPG, or Discrete Manufacturing
- Experience working with subcontractors
- Familiarity with SAP or similar business tools
- Bilingual – Spanish
- Ability to travel occasionally based on project needs

The annual base salary range for this position is $85,600 - $106,800. Please note that this salary information serves as a general guideline.
