ResponsibilitiesKey Responsiblities:
  • Deliver weekly integrated project updates covering status, risks, issues, and financials
  • Monitor performance, analyze data, and help identify root causes of project challenges
  • Escalate critical issues quickly and appropriately
  • Review project documentation and deliverables to ensure quality and compliance
  • Drive corrective actions to keep scope, timelines, and quality on track
  • Keep teams aligned through project plans, meetings, and clear communication
  • Serve as the single point of contact for Support, Product Management, and R&D
  • Support PMO initiatives and contribute to SOP updates
  • Ensure adherence to core methodologies, including:
    • Agile
    • SDLC
QualificationsMust Have:
  • 2+ years of project management experience
  • 2+ years experience leading in a matrixed environment and building cross‑functional relationships
  • 2+ years defining, estimating, and scheduling project work
  • 2+ years experience managing project financials, including PO burn rate
  • Strong customer‑facing communication skills—written, verbal, presentation, and negotiation
 
Nice to Have:
  • Experience with Product Lifecycle Management (PLM) or PRIME methodology
  • Bachelor’s degree in business, IT, or related field
  • Hands‑on experience with software implementations
  • Strong MS Office skills (Project, Excel, PowerPoint, Visio)
  • Salesforce experience (priority consideration)
  • Agile Scrum certification
  • Industry experience in Life Sciences, Medical Device, CPG, or Discrete Manufacturing
  • Experience working with subcontractors
  • Familiarity with SAP or similar business tools
  • Bilingual – Spanish
  • Ability to travel occasionally based on project needs

The annual base salary range for this position is $85,600 - $106,800. Please note that this salary information serves as a general guideline.
