We are looking for a talented and energetic Customer Experience Specialist who knows how to create an excellent customer journey – from the very first interaction to the successful completion of the process.

What You Will Be Doing:
- Managing multiple interfaces and coordinating activities with contractors, customers, and warehouses.
- Communicating and following up with various authorities.
- Providing outstanding customer service and ensuring customer satisfaction throughout the entire process.
- Monitoring routine reports and maintaining accurate records.
- At least 2 years of experience in a call center or customer service position – must.
- Experience working with CRM systems and Office applications – must.
- Strong Excel skills – must.
- Ability to meet goals and work well under pressure.
- Excellent interpersonal and teamwork skills.
- High service orientation – must.
- Strong English reading and writing skills – must.
- Proficiency in Hebrew – must.
- Additional language – advantage.
- Sales orientation – advantage.
