The Customer Experience Specialist is responsible for serving as the primary point of contact for new and existing Mosaic customers. Mosaic Technologies is looking for team members that thrive on creating positive customer experiences while exceeding sales goals. The ideal candidate is energized by solving problems, building relationships, and helping customers find the right solutions.

Please note that this position requires full-time, on-site presence in our Cameron, WI office. 

DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES
Some of your duties may include:
•    Promote and sell company products and services using a consultative approach with new and existing customers in-person, over the phone, door-to-door, and at community events
•    Assist in-person and over the phone customers with service and billing inquiries, adjustments, and all data entry for service-related needs 
•    Accurately and timely enter all necessary information required for service plan changes 
•    Perform administrative and cash handling duties 
•    Process daily cash receipts and check entries for accuracy 
•    Participate in company and community events, some of which may occur outside of normal working hours 

WHAT IT TAKES?
•    High school diploma or equivalent plus a minimum of one year of sales and/or customer service experience is required 
•    Excellent computer skills 
•    Experience working in a call center, selling at community events, door-to-door and/or other high-performance sales and customer service experience is highly preferred 
•    Experience working with customer database software is preferred 
•    Prior experience in the technology or telecommunications industry is a plus
