We are hiring a Dutch-speaking Customer Experience Specialist to join a fast-growing fintech company in Valencia, Spain.
This position focuses on delivering outstanding customer support within a digital payments environment. You will assist customers with payment-related inquiries, account issues, and dispute resolution while contributing to operational excellence in a dynamic scale-up setting.
This is an on-site role based in Valencia.
Key ResponsibilitiesProvide customer support via phone, email, and chat
Assist with payment inquiries, refunds, cancellations, and account-related questions
Mediate disputes between customers and partner merchants
Troubleshoot issues and deliver practical, customer-focused solutions
Contribute to continuous improvement of support processes
Support achievement of KPIs such as customer satisfaction and response times
Identify recurring feedback and escalate insights internally
Stay up to date with fintech processes and compliance standards
Native or fluent Dutch (C1/C2 level)
Fluent English (minimum B2 level)
Previous customer service experience preferred
Strong communication and problem-solving skills
Interest in fintech and digital financial services
Proactive and customer-oriented mindset
Comfortable working in a fast-paced international environment
