Customer Experience Representative
Location: North Jersey, Hybrid (2 days/week in office, 3 days remote, flexible hours)
Travel: Optional for client visits, events, and team gatherings

The Role
We’re looking for a Customer Experience Representative who thrives in a fast-moving environment and wants to be close to the action. This is a front-row opportunity with a team at the bleeding edge of AI, where you’ll help shape the customer experience for healthcare providers using our platform every day.
You’ll work closely with customers, product, and internal teams to ensure a smooth, responsive, and high-quality experience from onboarding through ongoing support.
What You’ll Do
- Serve as a key point of contact for customer questions, support needs, and account coordination.
- Work closely with internal teams to resolve issues and improve the customer journey.
- Capture customer feedback and help translate it into product and process improvements.
- Build strong relationships with healthcare customers and represent Magicare.ai professionally.
- Participate in 2 in-office days per week in North Jersey, with optional travel for those who want it.
What We’re Looking For
- 3+ years in SaaS customer-facing roles and/or post-acute care.
- Strong communication and relationship-building skills.
- A problem-solving mindset and comfort navigating complex workflows.
- Interest in healthcare, AI, and improving how providers work.
- Comfort in a hybrid environment with both in-person collaboration and remote execution.
