BAYADA Home Health Care is looking for a Customer Experience Manager to join our Assistive Care State Programs office in Charlotte, NC – and we want you on our team!

What You’ll Do as a Customer Experience Manager:
  • Deliver Exceptional Service – Ensure clients receive outstanding home health care with compassion and reliability.
  • Manage & Coordinate Care – Oversee scheduling, client needs, and service coordination.
  • Build Relationships – Develop strong connections with clients, caregivers, referral sources, and community partners.
  • Grow & Expand – Manage and proactively increase your caseload to help more clients in need.
  • Collaborate & Lead – Partner with Clinical Managers to provide support and supervision to field employees.
  • Monitor Performance – Oversee key metrics and ensure efficient fiscal management of your caseload.
What We’re Looking For:
  • Bachelor’s degree (Required)
  • Experience in healthcare, home care, or medical office preferred
  • Supervisory experience is a plus
  • Proven ability to take on increasing responsibility & meet goals
  • Ambitious, motivated, and eager to grow
  • Strong computer skills (EMR experience a plus!)
  • Excellent communication & interpersonal skills
