About the Role
- This is a 1 month internship, on-site position. You will be the first point of contact for our users, delivering outstanding support through email, chat, and social media. Your role involves:
- Responding promptly to user inquiries.
- Investigating and resolving user issues effectively.
- Maintaining high levels of customer satisfaction.
- Strong handling skills
- Action, detail-oriented, and self-disciplined
- Collaborating with other teams to enhance the overall customer experience.
- Exceptional communication skills in English and Arabic (written and spoken).
- Strong problem-solving, analytical, and multitasking abilities.
- Good comprehension skills, ability to clearly understand and state the issues customers present
- A proactive attitude and a passion for helping others.
What We're Looking For
Working Details
Support Channel: Chats.
Shifts: fixed shift (From 9 am till 5 pm).
Work module: Office based.
