The Role
 

MEISON is a collection of high-end and luxury women’s apparel brands including Jones New York, Misook, Ming Wang, and Kasper. We focus on elevated, timeless workwear and fashions that are easy to mix-and-match and designed to help build an effortless and reusable wardrobe. Our brands are found online, through specialty boutiques, and in stores with our various retail partners such as Neiman Marcus, Saks 5th Avenue, Nordstrom, Bloomingdale’s and Dillard’s.

 

Position Summary
As a Customer Experience Associate, you will be the frontline ambassador for MEISON's direct-to-consumer (DTC) channels. Your primary responsibility is to ensure a seamless, personalized, and delightful customer journey across all touchpoints. Collaborating closely with cross-functional teams, you will address customer inquiries, manage support systems, and contribute to strategies that enhance customer satisfaction and loyalty.

Key Responsibilities

  • Customer Support & Engagement
     
    • Respond promptly and empathetically to customer inquiries via email, chat, and phone.
       
    • Resolve product or service issues by clarifying customer complaints, determining the cause, and selecting the best solution.
       
    • Maintain a high level of professionalism and patience with customers at all times.
       
  • Operational Excellence
     
    • Utilize help desk software to track, route, and redirect problems to correct resources.
       
    • Monitor customer interactions to ensure adherence to company policies and procedures.
       
    • Collaborate with the Customer Experience Manager to identify trends and areas for improvement.
       
  • CRM & Data Management
     
    • Update and maintain customer records in the CRM system.
       
    • Assist in analyzing customer feedback and data to inform service improvements.
       
    • Participate in the development and implementation of customer retention strategies.
       
  • Cross-Functional Collaboration
     
    • Work with marketing, sales, and product teams to relay customer feedback and insights.
       
    • Support initiatives aimed at enhancing the overall customer experience.
       

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
     
  • 3–5 years of experience in customer service or customer experience, preferably in a DTC or e-commerce environment.
     
  • Proficiency with CRM systems; experience with NetSuite and Shopify is a plus.
     
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
     
  • Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.
