The candidate in this role will be required to work in a consultative manner with external Customers, Project Delivery teams, Product Line Managers, Pre-Sales and BDM teams and our global customer engineering team.
Lead and scale a high-performance Remote Delivery Engineering team delivering IP/MPLS and Data Center solutions across customers. Drive technical excellence, customer engagement, and adoption of next-generation networking technologies.
Manages a team of strong IP Engineers covering various aspects of technical project delivery, network design, solution/Use case testing and customer technical advocates. Leads end-to-end solution/ design & deployment incl. customer-specific adaptations by using the Nokia portfolio of products, systems and / or services as well as 3rd party products where required.
- Lead end-to-end remote delivery of IP/MPLS, Segment Routing, EVPN, and Data Center solutions.
Own architecture, design, deployment, and lifecycle management of customer networks.
Build and mentor geographically distributed engineering teams.
Partner with Sales, Pre-sales, and Customers to shape solutions and drive business growth.
Maintain strong executive-level customer connect and act as trusted advisor.
Ensure delivery quality, risk management, and first-time-right execution.
Drive adoption of Cloud, SDN/NFV, and automation frameworks.
Align solution designs with product roadmaps and market evolution.
First time right with Quality delivery of design & technical Scope.
Establish best practices, reusable architectures, and delivery frameworks.
Technical Expertise
