We’re looking for a motivated and personable Customer Engagement & Sales Representative to join our growing team. In this role, you’ll support both customer service and sales operations by serving as the first point of contact for potential business customers. You’ll help educate prospects, present service options, and guide them through a smooth and professional enrollment experience.

This position is perfect for individuals looking to build foundational skills in customer interaction, sales strategy, and client management—with plenty of growth opportunities as the company expands.

What You’ll Do
  • Act as the first point of contact for prospective business customers, answering questions and providing clear information

  • Present client services in a confident and compelling manner to drive new enrollments

  • Support customers through the entire enrollment process, including paperwork and account setup

  • Work with the sales team to identify strong leads and assist with follow-up communication

  • Stay up-to-date on all service offerings, pricing, and promotions to support customer needs

  • Use CRM tools to document interactions, update customer information, and track sales progress

  • Participate in ongoing training to strengthen your product knowledge and sales skills

  • Contribute to individual and team sales goals while maintaining excellent customer service standards

  • Partner with internal teams to ensure customers receive a seamless, start-to-finish experience

What We’re Looking For
  • High school diploma or equivalent; college degree is a plus

  • No prior experience required — we provide full, hands-on training

  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills

  • Friendly, positive attitude with a passion for helping customers

  • Organized and detail-oriented with the ability to multitask

  • Tech-savvy with basic computer skills; CRM familiarity is a bonus

  • Coachable, adaptable, and excited to grow in a fast-paced environment
