We’re looking for a motivated and personable Customer Engagement & Sales Representative to join our growing team. In this role, you’ll support both customer service and sales operations by serving as the first point of contact for potential business customers. You’ll help educate prospects, present service options, and guide them through a smooth and professional enrollment experience.

What You’ll DoAct as the first point of contact for prospective business customers, answering questions and providing clear information
Present client services in a confident and compelling manner to drive new enrollments
Support customers through the entire enrollment process, including paperwork and account setup
Work with the sales team to identify strong leads and assist with follow-up communication
Stay up-to-date on all service offerings, pricing, and promotions to support customer needs
Use CRM tools to document interactions, update customer information, and track sales progress
Participate in ongoing training to strengthen your product knowledge and sales skills
Contribute to individual and team sales goals while maintaining excellent customer service standards
Partner with internal teams to ensure customers receive a seamless, start-to-finish experience
High school diploma or equivalent; college degree is a plus
No prior experience required — we provide full, hands-on training
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Friendly, positive attitude with a passion for helping customers
Organized and detail-oriented with the ability to multitask
Tech-savvy with basic computer skills; CRM familiarity is a bonus
