The roleYou’ll lead Sapien’s earliest customer deployments and long-term success. You’ll coordinate across product, engineering, and finance stakeholders to deliver smooth implementations and ensure Sapien becomes mission-critical for customers.
You’ll be responsible for structured onboarding, ROI tracking, relationship management, and building the playbooks that scale our customer function.

Turn customer feedback into structured insights for product and leadership.
Build reusable internal playbooks for implementations and success.
3–6 years in customer success, implementations, consulting, or strategic account management.
Strong written and verbal communication across all levels of an organization.
Proven success managing complex projects with multiple stakeholders.
Interest in finance, operations, and AI-driven transformation.
