Job Summary: Enter and maintain accurate customer information in company systems.

Job Description / Duties:

  • Input new customer accounts and updates
  • Correct errors in customer records
  • Support customer service and sales teams
  • Maintain data confidentiality
  • Generate reports for management

Qualifications:

  • High school diploma
  • Customer service or data entry experience
  • Computer literacy and attention to detail
