About the role: 

Foodspring is looking for a Customer & Consumer Sales Support Manager with a background in customer, consumer service and project management experience.

What can you expect to work on?

  • You will manage the incoming inquiries of our consumers and customers through different channels (telephone, e-mail, etc.)
  • You will be an active member of the renewal of the Customer and Consumer Sales Support team, including new responsibilities, opportunities, and way of working to ensure best in class consumer and customer experience
  • You with your project management background, understand, analyze, and evaluate all business practices that affect customer experience
  • You will take care of customer needs, trying to solve issues related to their orders, and to make the customers experience as good as possible
  • You work with customers’ orders, claims and oversee coordinating marketing activations for our customers.
  • You will create reports for the market you are working in, feed our CRM system and work with our B2B webshop.
  • You will be the main contact point for our consumers, spokesperson for our brand of products and foodspring philosophy, giving to the consumers constant support
  • You will support the processing of returns including credit notes and coordination with our international service providers
  • You will build a bridge between the consumer and Quality -, Marketing - Product management, Logistics and Sales, actively working to understand our customers and their needs

 

What you bring:

  • At least 2 years of experience in customer/consumer service and/or in sales
  • Proficiency with major CRM tools as Salesforce, NetSuite or Zendesk
  • Strong knowledge of MS Office, mainly Excel
  • Propensity for need analysis and detail care skills
  • Project Management skills
  • Excellent listening skills and interpretation of customer needs
  • Ability to work in a dynamic, open and friendly environment
  • Determination and proactive problem-solving oriented approach
  • Very good knowledge of MS Office, knowledge of PM tools (Click Up) is a plus
  • Fluent in English and in Italian and/or in French
  • German and Spanish knowledge is a plus
