Responsibilities:

  • Execute tests, collect and analyze data, identify trends and insights in order to achieve CAC targets
  • Track, report, and analyze website analytics and PPC initiatives and campaigns
  • Optimize copy and landing pages for paid search engine marketing campaigns
  • Share insights with the marketing team and throughout the organization and foster a collaborative learning environment
  • Perform ongoing paid keyword discovery, expansion and optimization
  • Build out tests to prove out hypotheses and recommend performance optimizations along with best practices
  • Take a data driven approach to managing campaigns and derive insights on strategy and performance
  • Communicate weekly updates, progress reports, timelines, and results
  • Develop forecasts and budgets for paid social and other media channels

Requirements:

  • 5+ years’ experience in growth role or growth-related role
  • Proven SEM experience and success managing PPC campaigns across Google, Yahoo, Bing, and Apple Search Ads
  • Well-versed in performance marketing, conversion, and online customer acquisition
  • Up to date with the latest trends and best practices in search engine marketing and overall paid acquisition channels
  • Proven track of success growing user bases, optimizing funnels, and understanding how to measure and maximize products
  • Strong analytical bent, with experience running split tests, optimizing funnels, and developing metrics
  • You are hands on and roll up your sleeves. You readily switch from analyzing data to get an answer to a hunch, to A/B testing email copy and product features, to brainstorming new growth ideas
  • You’re a self-starter who is comfortable in a fast-paced ‘startup’ environment
