Position Overview:
The Customer Account Representative will provide customer service functions for sales reps, physicians and hospitals with an emphasis on an assigned region.
Responsibilities:
- Process orders and requests for tissues for assigned region
- Address customer inquiries and provide information about Artivion’s services, products, and ordering processes
- Create new customer accounts, maintain existing accounts, and implement changes to accounts in SAP
- Initiate customer returns and credits and assist the sales rep in resolving account issues
- Process orders in GHX system
- Create Priority Cardiac Report
- Maintain backorder report
- Process cycle counts for sterile samples and consignment inventory
Qualifications:
- Excellent verbal communication skills
- Ability to multi-task, prioritize, and manage time effectively
- Available to participate in the Customer Service on call rotation
- High School diploma required, college degree preferred
- Must be available to work Monday - Friday, 9:30AM - 6:30AM.
- Must be comfortable commuting to our Kennesaw HQ for trainings or as needed.
