Job Description:

As a Customer Account Account Associate with our team, you will play a crucial role in delivering exceptional customer service and driving sales. The Customer Account Account Associate will be responsible for assisting customers, providing product information, and ensuring a positive design experience. Key Responsibilities for our Customer Account Associate:

  • Greet and assist customers in a store setting with a friendly and approachable manner
  • Provide product information, answer questions, and offer recommendations to customers
  • Operate payment forms and handle financial transactions accurately
  • Maintain a clean and organized store environment
  • Monitor and replenish any merchandise on the sales floor
  • Assist in setting up displays and ensuring visual merchandising standards are met
  • Collaborate with team members to achieve sales targets and goals
  • Stay informed about product features, promotions, and company policies
  • Handle customer inquiries, concerns, and returns with professionalism and efficiency
  • Upsell products and encourage customers to join loyalty programs

Customer Account Associate Qualifications:

  • Previous retail, sales, or customer service experience is preferred but not required
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Strong customer service orientation
  • Ability to work in a team and independently
  • Basic math skills for handling transactions
  • Enthusiastic and positive attitude
  • Flexibility to work weekends and non-major holidays, as needed
