As a Customer Account Account Associate with our team, you will play a crucial role in delivering exceptional customer service and driving sales. The Customer Account Account Associate will be responsible for assisting customers, providing product information, and ensuring a positive design experience. Key Responsibilities for our Customer Account Associate:
- Greet and assist customers in a store setting with a friendly and approachable manner
- Provide product information, answer questions, and offer recommendations to customers
- Operate payment forms and handle financial transactions accurately
- Maintain a clean and organized store environment
- Monitor and replenish any merchandise on the sales floor
- Assist in setting up displays and ensuring visual merchandising standards are met
- Collaborate with team members to achieve sales targets and goals
- Stay informed about product features, promotions, and company policies
- Handle customer inquiries, concerns, and returns with professionalism and efficiency
- Upsell products and encourage customers to join loyalty programs
Customer Account Associate Qualifications:
- Previous retail, sales, or customer service experience is preferred but not required
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong customer service orientation
- Ability to work in a team and independently
- Basic math skills for handling transactions
- Enthusiastic and positive attitude
- Flexibility to work weekends and non-major holidays, as needed
