Summary:
In the role of Custom Software Engineering Lead, a typical day involves overseeing the technical vision and architectural framework for bespoke software projects. This position requires guiding teams through the entire lifecycle of software development, from initial design concepts to final delivery. The role demands a focus on establishing and maintaining high standards for development practices, ensuring that solutions are scalable, efficient, and aligned with organizational goals. Collaboration with various stakeholders to drive innovation and meet business needs is a key aspect of daily activities, fostering an environment of continuous improvement and technical excellence.

Roles & Responsibilities:
- Expected to be an SME, collaborate and manage the team to perform.
- Responsible for team decisions.
- Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions.
- Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams.
- Lead the development and implementation of best practices to enhance software quality and team productivity.
- Mentor and support junior team members to foster professional growth and skill development.
- Coordinate cross-functional efforts to ensure alignment of technical strategies with business objectives.

Professional & Technical Skills:
- Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in 3D Modeling.
- Good To Have Skills: Experience with Unity Programming, Nvidia Omniverse.
- Strong knowledge of software architecture principles and design patterns related to 3D environments.
- Experience in optimizing 3D models for performance and scalability in custom software applications.
- Ability to integrate 3D modeling workflows with software development pipelines.
- Familiarity with debugging and troubleshooting complex 3D rendering and modeling issues.

Additional Information:
- The candidate should have minimum 5 years of experience in 3D Modeling.
- This position is based at our Hyderabad office.
- A 15 years full time education is required.
