Summary:
As a Custom Software Engineering Lead, a typical day involves overseeing the technical direction and architectural design of custom software solutions. This role requires guiding teams through the entire development lifecycle, from initial design concepts to final delivery. The position focuses on establishing development standards and ensuring that the software produced meets high benchmarks for quality, scalability, and performance. Collaboration with various stakeholders to align technical efforts with business goals is a key aspect, along with continuous monitoring and refinement of solutions to adapt to evolving requirements and challenges.

Roles & Responsibilities:
We need senior ABAP resource, with good Communication and client facing skills. Hands-on experience in designing and developing ABAP RICEFs with new ABAP syntax, OO ABAP, Adobe forms, Enhancements, OTC process knowledge will be added advantage. Nice to Have: ABAP on HANA, CDS view and AMDP.

Develop and maintain OData services for SAP Fiori applications, ensuring smooth data exchange between frontend and backend systems.
Design, develop, and test ABAP code for OData services, adhering to coding standards and best practices.


Professional & Technical Skills:
- Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in SAP ABAP Development for HANA.
- Experience in designing scalable and high-performance software architectures.
- Strong knowledge of software development lifecycle and agile methodologies.
- Ability to analyze complex technical problems and provide effective solutions.
- Familiarity with database management and optimization techniques related to SAP HANA.
- Excellent communication skills to facilitate collaboration across diverse teams.

Additional Information:
- The candidate should have minimum 5 years of experience in SAP ABAP Development for HANA.
- This position is based at our Hyderabad office.
- A 15 years full time education is required.
