As a Custom Software Engineering Lead, a typical day involves overseeing the technical vision and architectural framework of bespoke software projects. - Lead the planning and execution of software development projects, ensuring timely delivery and adherence to quality standards.

- Facilitate effective communication between cross-functional teams to drive project success.
- Continuously evaluate and implement best practices to improve development processes and product outcomes.

Professional & Technical Skills:
- Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Salesforce Development.
- Strong knowledge of software architecture principles and design patterns relevant to custom software solutions.
- Experience in managing and leading development teams through complex project lifecycles.
- Ability to ensure code quality through rigorous review processes and adherence to coding standards.
- Familiarity with performance optimization techniques and scalability considerations in software design.
- Skilled in collaborating with cross-functional teams to align technical solutions with business objectives.

Additional Information:
- The candidate should have minimum 5 years of experience in Salesforce Development.
- This position is based at our Hyderabad office.
- A 15 years full time education and ready to work in shifts is required.
