As a Custom Software Engineering Lead, a typical day involves overseeing the technical vision and architectural framework of bespoke software projects. This role requires guiding teams through the entire lifecycle of design and implementation, ensuring that solutions meet organizational goals. The position demands a proactive approach to maintaining high standards in development practices, fostering collaboration, and driving the delivery of scalable and efficient software products that align with business needs.

- Expected to perform independently and become an SME.
- Required active participation/contribution in team discussions.
- Contribute in providing solutions to work related problems.
- Lead and mentor team members to enhance their technical capabilities and project contributions.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align software development with strategic objectives.
- Continuously evaluate and improve development processes to optimize productivity and quality.
- Support junior professionals by providing guidance and facilitating knowledge sharing.

Professional & Technical Skills:
- Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Salesforce Development.
- Strong knowledge of software architecture principles and best practices in custom software solutions.
- Experience in managing code quality, scalability, and performance optimization.
- Ability to lead technical design discussions and provide clear direction to development teams.
- Familiarity with software development lifecycle methodologies and tools.
- Excellent problem-solving skills with a focus on delivering business-aligned solutions.

Additional Information:
- The candidate should have minimum 3 years of experience in Salesforce Development.
- This position is based at our Hyderabad office.
