Roles & Responsibilities:
- Expected to be an SME, collaborate and manage the team to perform.
- Responsible for team decisions.
- Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions.
- Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams.
- Lead the establishment and enforcement of development standards to ensure code quality and consistency.
- Facilitate effective communication between technical teams and business stakeholders to align project objectives.
- Mentor and support team members to enhance their technical skills and professional growth.

Professional & Technical Skills:
- Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in SAP Analytics Cloud Planning.
- Strong expertise in designing scalable software architectures tailored to business needs.
- Experience in leading software development teams through complex project lifecycles.
- Ability to implement best practices for code quality, performance optimization, and maintainability.
- Skilled in coordinating cross-functional collaboration to drive project success.
- Competence in troubleshooting and resolving technical challenges in custom software environments.

Additional Information:
- The candidate should have minimum 7.5 years of experience in SAP Analytics Cloud Planning.
- This position is based at our Hyderabad office.
