Summary:
As a Custom Software Engineer, your day involves creating tailored software solutions by designing, coding, and improving various components within systems or applications. You engage in collaborative environments that emphasize agile methodologies and modern development frameworks to ensure the delivery of scalable and efficient software. Your work is focused on addressing unique business requirements through innovative and high-quality software enhancements, contributing to the overall success of projects and organizational goals.

Roles & Responsibilities:
-Support end-to-end implementation of DELMIA solutions within the 3DEXPERIENCE platform for manufacturing clients
-Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define and adapt digital manufacturing processes, ensuring alignment with client-specific requirements
-Conduct Manufacturing BOM creation, Process plan, Work Instruction, -Resource management, process simulation, ergonomic validations, Factory flow and assembly planning using DELMIA tools.
-Must know OOTB Delmia functionality and capabilities.
-Provide technical and functional support during solution deployment, Post solution user handholding to adopt the Delima functionality, including user training and documentation.
-Proposing new solution or workaround for customer ask based on Delmia available OOTB capabilities
-Must know to how manage DS SR and CRITSIT.
-Good have Service Now and ITSM knowledge.

Professional & Technical Skills:
- Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Dassault Systemes 3DEXPERIENCE Platform DELMIA.
1. Technical Experience-
-Hands-on expertise in DELMIA Functional within the 3DEXPERIENCE 16x onwards ecosystem.
-Proficient in MBOM and process plan/flow, Process sheet/work instruction creation , Library management, resource management, Factory flow simulation, ergonomic validations.
-Must know Delmia activities which can be done in WEB.
-Must know OOTB Delmia functionality and capabilities.
2. Professional Experience-
-DELMIA-based digital manufacturing Hands on expertise for clients in automotive or aerospace, and industrial equipment sectors.
-Participated in transformation programs, contributing to process implementation and adoption support across multiple locations .
-Collaborated with global teams supporting joint initiatives and innovation accelerators.

Additional Information:
- The candidate should have minimum 5 years of experience in Dassault Systemes 3DEXPERIENCE Platform DELMIA.
- This position is based at our Pune office.
- A 15 years full time education is required.
