Senior Delivery Leader – Life Sciences (MedTech)
We are looking for a Senior Delivery Leader with 18+ years of IT consulting and delivery experience to lead large-scale digital transformation engagements for global Life Sciences clients, preferably in the MedTech or Diagnostics domain.
The ideal candidate will have proven experience delivering System Integration (SI), Application Development (AD), and Application Management Services (AMS) engagements while managing global delivery teams of 150–200 professionals. The role requires strong client-facing leadership, the ability to build trusted relationships with business and technology stakeholders, and ownership of delivery excellence, governance, financials, quality, and resource management.
Candidates should possess a strong understanding of CRM, Customer Service, and Field Service business processes within the MedTech or Diagnostics industry, along with experience driving digital transformation initiatives.
Experience with Salesforce Life Sciences Cloud implementation is a significant advantage. Exposure to Salesforce Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, and Field Service, along with Agile delivery, DevOps, and AI-enabled transformation programs, is desirable.
The successful candidate will be a self-motivated leader with excellent communication, stakeholder management, problem-solving, and people leadership skills, capable of driving delivery excellence while supporting business growth and customer success.
