Roles & Responsibilities:
- Expected to be an SME, collaborate and manage the team to perform.
- Responsible for team decisions.
- Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions.
- Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams.
- Lead efforts to identify and implement process improvements that enhance team productivity and software quality.
- Mentor junior team members to support their professional growth and ensure knowledge sharing within the team.
- Coordinate cross-functional communication to align project objectives and deliverables effectively.

Professional & Technical Skills:
- Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Guidewire PolicyCenter.
- Experience with software development lifecycle methodologies including agile and iterative approaches.
- Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to analyze complex systems and provide effective solutions.
- Familiarity with integration techniques and working knowledge of related software components.
- Ability to write clean, maintainable, and efficient code following best practices.
- Excellent communication skills to collaborate effectively with diverse teams and stakeholders.

Additional Information:
- The candidate should have minimum 5 years of experience in Guidewire PolicyCenter.
- This position is based at our Mumbai office.
- A Min 15 years of full time education is required.
