Role Summary
The EBS PTF Analyst (EMEA) supports Plan-to-Fulfill (PTF) operations within Oracle E-Business Suite, with a primary focus on Inventory Management, Distribution, and EMEA warehouse operations. The role ensures smooth execution of inbound and outbound warehouse transactions, inventory accuracy, and timely resolution of operational issues impacting fulfillment.
Key Responsibilities
Inventory Management
Support inventory transactions in Oracle EBS including receipts, issues, transfers, and adjustments.
Ensure accurate inventory balances across warehouses and sub-inventories.
Assist in resolving inventory discrepancies impacting fulfillment and distribution.
Distribution & Warehouse Operations
Support distribution and warehouse processes such as picking, packing, staging, and shipping.
Assist warehouse users with transaction issues related to material movement and order fulfillment.
Support inbound and outbound logistics transactions aligned to EMEA warehouse operations.
EMEA Warehouse Support
Provide L2 functional support for EMEA warehouse users during business hours.
Coordinate with logistics, planning, and OTC teams to resolve fulfillment issues.
Ensure timely resolution of warehouse and distribution incidents in line with SLAs.
Issue Management & Reconciliation
Perform root-cause analysis for recurring inventory or distribution issues.
Support inventory and fulfillment-related reconciliations.
Assist during period-end activities to ensure clean inventory and distribution close.
Documentation & Process Compliance
Maintain SOPs, warehouse process documentation, and user guides.
Ensure adherence to standard operating procedures and internal controls.
Identify opportunities to improve warehouse efficiency and inventory accuracy.
Required Skills & Experience
Core Functional Skills
3–4 years of hands-on experience in Oracle EBS PTF / Supply Chain operations.
Strong working knowledge of:
Inventory Management
Distribution & Fulfillment
Warehouse Operations (EMEA context)
Experience supporting warehouse and distribution processes in ERP environments.
ERP Knowledge
Oracle E-Business Suite (EBS) functional expertise in inventory and distribution areas.
Understanding of end-to-end PTF flow from inventory receipt to outbound fulfillment.
Soft Skills
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
Good communication skills to work with warehouse and business users.
Ability to manage multiple operational issues in a support environment.
Good to Have
Experience in ERP AMS or shared services models.
Exposure to multi-warehouse or multi-location inventory setups.
