SAP SD Functional Responsibilities
design, configuration, and support for SAP SD processes including:
Order-to-Cash (O2C), Sales Orders, Deliveries, Billing
Pricing, Output Determination
Credit Management
Intercompany Sales
Handle complex SD issues, root cause analysis, and solution design.
Prepare functional specifications and coordinate with ABAP/technical teams.
SAP DRC / E-Invoicing Responsibilities
Configure and support SAP DRC for e-invoicing.
Manage country-specific e-invoice requirements (e.g., government portals, PDF formats, validations).
Support e-invoice generation, transmission, acknowledgements, and error handling.
Coordinate with middleware (BTP) and third-party e-invoice solution providers if applicable.
Support integrations with RTR, RTP, TM, SOAR (BASIS), security, control-M and BTP external systems.
