Summary:
As a Custom Software Engineer, a typical day involves leading the design, development, and configuration of software applications tailored to specific needs. This role requires taking ownership of the project lifecycle, coordinating with various stakeholders, and ensuring that the solutions meet the desired requirements. The position demands proactive problem-solving, continuous communication, and managing the flow of information to keep the project aligned with its goals. The engineer acts as the central figure in driving the application from concept through deployment, ensuring seamless integration and functionality throughout the process.

Roles & Responsibilities:
- Expected to be an SME, collaborate and manage the team to perform.
- Responsible for team decisions.
- Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions.
- Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams.
- Lead the planning and execution of project deliverables while ensuring quality standards are met.
- Mentor junior team members to support their professional growth and enhance team capabilities.
- Facilitate effective communication between cross-functional teams to align objectives and resolve challenges.

Professional & Technical Skills:
- Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Amazon Connect.
- Strong knowledge of cloud-based contact center solutions and their integration with enterprise systems.
- Experience in designing scalable and maintainable software architectures.
- Ability to troubleshoot complex technical issues and provide innovative solutions.
- Familiarity with scripting and automation to optimize application performance.
- Excellent understanding of software development lifecycle and agile methodologies.

Additional Information:
- The candidate should have minimum 7.5 years of experience in Amazon Connect.
- This position is based at our Gurugram office.
- A 15 years full time education is required.
