Role Summary
We are seeking a Salesforce Tech or Functional Lead with strong hands-on expertise in Apex and Lightning Web Components (LWC), Salesforce CG Cloud TPM Functional and JavaScript to drive day-to-day delivery, team execution, and client engagement.
This role demands a high ownership mindset, strong accountability for outcomes, and the ability to lead teams, engage clients, and drive execution without heavy supervision.
Key Responsibilities
Delivery Ownership & Execution
Own end-to-end module or workstream delivery across Salesforce programs.
Ensure quality, performance, and adherence to Salesforce best practices.
Proactively identify risks, dependencies, and gaps drive closure, not just escalation.
Technical Leadership
Act as the technical or functional lead for assigned scope.
Perform solution design, low-level design, code reviews, and troubleshooting.
Guide the team on build vs config decisions, reusability, and optimization.
Lead defect resolution and support complex production issues when required.
Client Connect & Communication
Engage directly with client stakeholders for:
o Requirement clarification
o Design walkthroughs
o Solution discussions and status updates
Translate business needs into clear functional and technical solutions.
Build credibility as a dependable and proactive client-facing lead.
Team Leadership & Accountability
Lead a team of Salesforce developers/configurators.
Drive task planning, estimates, sprint goals, and daily execution.
Mentor team members on technical skills, ownership, and problem-solving.

Apply CG Cloud Retail / TPM functional understanding to better align solutions with retail and trade promotion processes.
