Summary
As a Software development lead, you will be responsible for leading a small team of functional/technical resources while actively contributing to the development and configuration of SAP MDG solutions. You will work closely with project leads, architects, and client stakeholders to ensure solution quality, timely delivery, and adherence to best practices.
Roles & Responsibilities
Act as a subject matter expert (SME) for SAP MDG within the project team.
Lead and guide a team of analysts to deliver assigned deliverables effectively.
Participate in design discussions and provide inputs on solution approaches.
Coordinate with cross-functional teams (technical, integration, testing) to ensure end-to-end delivery.
Review team deliverables and ensure quality and compliance with standards.
Support issue resolution and provide functional guidance on complex MDG scenarios.
Track task progress and highlight risks or dependencies to project leadership.
Mentor junior team members and support knowledge-sharing initiatives.
Professional & Technical Skills
Must Have: Strong hands-on experience in SAP Master Data Governance (MDG).
Good understanding of software development life cycle (SDLC) and delivery models.
Experience in system integration and master data processes.
Ability to analyze requirements and propose practical solutions.
Basic exposure to project tracking and coordination activities.
Additional Information
Experience: 8–10 years of experience in SAP MDG.
Location: Pune (or as per project requirement).
