Summary: As a Custom Software Engineer, a typical day involves designing, coding, and improving software components that meet unique business requirements. The role includes working closely with various teams to ensure the delivery of scalable and efficient software solutions. The work environment encourages the use of modern development frameworks and agile methodologies to continuously enhance system performance and reliability. Roles & Responsibilities: - Expected to be an SME, collaborate and manage the team to perform. - Responsible for team decisions. - Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions. - Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams. - Facilitate effective communication and coordination among team members to achieve project goals. - Mentor and support team members to foster professional growth and skill development. - Drive continuous improvement initiatives to optimize team productivity and software quality. Professional & Technical Skills: - Required Skill: Expert proficiency in Site Reliability Engineering. - Strong knowledge of system architecture and infrastructure automation. - Experience with monitoring, alerting, and incident response strategies. - Proficiency in scripting and programming languages relevant to reliability engineering. - Familiarity with cloud platforms and container orchestration technologies. - Expertise in performance tuning and capacity planning to ensure system stability. Additional Information: - The candidate should have minimum 5 years of experience in Site Reliability Engineering. - This position is based at our Manila office.
