Summary:
As a Custom Software Engineer, a typical day involves designing, building, and configuring applications tailored to fulfill specific business processes and application needs. The position demands continuous engagement with evolving application landscapes, ensuring that the software components are effectively integrated and optimized to support seamless business operations.

Roles & Responsibilities:
- Expected to perform independently and become an SME.
- Required active participation/contribution in team discussions.
- Contribute in providing solutions to work related problems.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather and analyze business requirements for application development.
- Assist in troubleshooting and resolving technical issues to maintain application performance and reliability.
- Support junior team members by sharing knowledge and providing guidance on best practices.
- Continuously evaluate and improve existing applications to enhance efficiency and user experience.

Professional & Technical Skills:
- Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Databricks Unified Data Analytics Platform.
- Good To Have Skills: Experience with Python (Programming Language), Apache Airflow.
- Strong understanding of data processing and analytics workflows within cloud-based environments.
- Experience in designing scalable and maintainable data pipelines and application components.
- Familiarity with integration of various data sources and ensuring data quality throughout the application lifecycle.
- Ability to optimize application performance through effective resource management and configuration.

Additional Information:
- The candidate should have minimum 3 years of experience in Databricks Unified Data Analytics Platform.
- This position is based at our Bengaluru office.
- A 15 years full time education is required.
