Summary:
The Application Developer will be responsible for designing, developing, enhancing, and supporting enterprise grade web applications using Microsoft .NET technologies and modern frontend frameworks. The role requires strong backend development skills, API integration, database management, and exposure to cloud platforms and DevOps practices, with a focus on scalable architecture, performance, and code quality.

Roles & Responsibilities:
- Develop, maintain, and enhance applications using C#, .NET Framework, .NET Core
Build backend services using ASP.NET MVC, Web API, REST APIs
Develop user interfaces using Blazor, React, Angular, or Vue
Work with databases such as SQL Server, Oracle, and MongoDB
Implement unit testing, follow architecture and design patterns
Integrate applications with third party systems and APIs
Support CI/CD pipelines, build, and deployment activities
Work with cloud services, preferably Google Cloud Platform (GCP)
Collaborate with cross functional teams to deliver high quality solutions
Troubleshoot issues and provide application support when required
- Expected to be an SME, collaborate and manage the team to perform.
- Responsible for team decisions.
- Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions.
- Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams.
- Lead efforts to identify and implement process improvements within the team to enhance productivity and quality.
- Mentor junior team members by sharing knowledge and best practices to foster professional growth.
- Coordinate cross-functional communication to ensure alignment of project objectives and deliverables.

Professional & Technical Skills:
- Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in .Net Full Stack Development.
- Strong experience in developing scalable web applications using front-end and back-end technologies.
- Ability to design and implement RESTful APIs and integrate third-party services.
- Familiarity with database design, optimization, and management.
- Experience in debugging, troubleshooting, and performance tuning of applications.
- Knowledge of software development lifecycle and agile methodologies.
