Summary:
As a Salesforce Technical Architect, you will lead end-to-end architecture, design, and delivery of complex Salesforce solutions for enterprise clients. You will work closely with business stakeholders, solution architects, and delivery teams to ensure scalable, secure, and high-performing implementations.
Roles & Responsibilities:
Define and own end-to-end Salesforce architecture across Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, Experience Cloud, and other platform capabilities.
Design scalable integration architectures using REST/SOAP APIs, middleware, platform events, and event-driven patterns.
Establish enterprise data models, security frameworks, and sharing strategies.
Lead technical solutioning during client workshops, discovery sessions, and RFP responses.
Provide architecture oversight across development lifecycle including design reviews, code reviews, and deployment governance.
Drive DevOps and CI/CD strategy implementation aligned to enterprise standards.
Manage and mentor large offshore/onshore technical teams
Ensure solutions comply with performance, scalability, security, and compliance requirements.
Collaborate with cross-functional stakeholders including product owners, business analysts, and program managers.
Contribute to practice growth through capability building, reusable assets, and innovation initiatives.
Professional & Technical Skills:
Strong expertise in Apex, LWC, Aura Components, and advanced Salesforce configurations
Deep understanding of Salesforce integration patterns and external system integrations
Experience with large data volumes (LDV), performance optimization, and governor limits
Expertise in security architecture, role hierarchy, sharing rules, and data protection strategies
Experience in DevOps tools (Copado, Gearset, Jenkins, Git-based workflows)
Knowledge of multi-org strategies and enterprise architecture patterns
Familiarity with API-led connectivity and middleware platforms
Professional Skills :
Strong stakeholder management and executive communication skills
Ability to translate business requirements into scalable technical designs
Experience leading large delivery teams and managing multiple workstreams
Proven track record in enterprise transformation programs
Strategic thinking with strong problem-solving capabilities
Additional Information:
- The candidate should have minimum 12 years of experience in Salesforce Technical Architecture.
- This position is based at our Bengaluru office.
