Roles & Responsibilities:
- Expected to be an SME, collaborate and manage the team to perform.
- Responsible for team decisions.
- Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions.
- Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams.
- Lead efforts to identify and implement process improvements that enhance team productivity and software quality.
- Mentor junior team members to support their professional growth and integration within the team.

Professional & Technical Skills:
- Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Automated Testing.
- Experience in designing and executing automated test scripts to ensure software reliability and performance.
- CRM Platform Expertise: Proven experience testing platforms like Microsoft Dynamics 365 .
- Strong knowledge of testing frameworks and tools that support continuous integration and delivery.
- Automation Tooling: Proficiency in automation tools such as Selenium (C#/Java), UFT, or specialized CRM testing tools.
- Designing frameworks and managing end-to-end automation strategies for complex CRM implementations
- Ability to analyze test results and collaborate with development teams to resolve defects efficiently.
- Familiarity with scripting languages and test automation best practices to optimize testing processes.

Additional Information:
- The candidate should have minimum 5 years of experience in Automated Testing.
- This position is based at our Bengaluru office.
- A 15 years full time education is required.
