Summary:
As a Custom Software Engineer, a typical day involves leading the design, development, and configuration of specialized software applications. This role requires taking ownership of the project s technical aspects and serving as the main liaison for stakeholders. The position demands a proactive approach to managing tasks, coordinating with various teams, and ensuring that the application solutions align with project goals and client requirements. The engineer continuously monitors progress, addresses challenges, and adapts strategies to deliver effective and efficient software solutions.

Roles & Responsibilities:
- Expected to perform independently and become an SME.
- Required active participation/contribution in team discussions.
- Contribute in providing solutions to work related problems.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather and analyze requirements for application development.
- Document technical specifications and maintain clear communication with project stakeholders.
- Assist junior team members by providing guidance and support to enhance their technical skills.
- Continuously evaluate and improve application performance and reliability.

Professional & Technical Skills:
- Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Syniti ADMM for SAP.
- Strong knowledge of software development lifecycle and best practices.
- Experience in configuring and customizing enterprise software applications.
- Ability to troubleshoot and resolve complex technical issues effectively.
- Familiarity with integration techniques and data migration processes.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.

Additional Information:
- The candidate should have minimum 3 years of experience in Syniti ADMM for SAP.
- This position is based at our Hyderabad office.
- A 15 years full time education is required.
