Summary:
As a Custom Software Engineer, a typical day involves leading the design, development, and configuration of software applications. This role requires taking ownership of the project s technical direction and serving as the main liaison for stakeholders. The position demands coordinating with various teams to ensure seamless integration and delivery of solutions, while continuously monitoring progress and addressing challenges to maintain project momentum and quality standards.

Roles & Responsibilities:
- Expected to be an SME, collaborate and manage the team to perform.
- Responsible for team decisions.
- Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions.
- Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams.
- Oversee the implementation of best practices and ensure adherence to coding standards within the team.
- Facilitate knowledge sharing and mentoring to support the growth and development of team members.
- Coordinate with cross-functional teams to align project goals and deliverables with organizational objectives.

Professional & Technical Skills:
- Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Spring Boot.
- Experience in developing scalable and maintainable backend services using Spring Boot framework.
- Strong understanding of microservices architecture and RESTful API design.
- Familiarity with database integration and management, including both SQL and NoSQL databases.
- Ability to troubleshoot and optimize application performance and reliability.
- Knowledge of version control systems and continuous integration/continuous deployment pipelines.

Additional Information:
- The candidate should have minimum 7.5 years of experience in Spring Boot.
- This position is based at our Bengaluru office.
- A 15 years full time education is required.
