As a Custom Software Engineer, a typical day involves developing and configuring software systems tailored to meet specific project requirements or managing the entire product lifecycle. The role requires applying a comprehensive understanding of various technologies, methodologies, and tools to effectively support clients and project teams. This position demands continuous engagement with evolving software processes and adapting solutions to align with project goals, ensuring seamless integration and functionality throughout the development stages.

Roles & Responsibilities:
- Expected to be an SME, collaborate and manage the team to perform.
- Responsible for team decisions.
- Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions.
- Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams.
- Lead efforts to identify and implement process improvements within the team to enhance productivity and quality.
- Mentor junior team members by providing guidance and support to foster professional growth and skill development.

Professional & Technical Skills:
- Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Siemens Teamcenter.
- Strong knowledge of software development lifecycle and configuration management.
- Experience in customizing and integrating software solutions within complex environments.
- Ability to troubleshoot and resolve technical issues efficiently.
- Familiarity with collaborative tools and methodologies to support cross-functional teamwork.
- Excellent problem-solving skills with a focus on delivering scalable and maintainable software.

Additional Information:
- The candidate should have minimum 7.5 years of experience in Siemens Teamcenter.
- This position is based at our Pune office.
- A 15 years full time education is required.
