Summary:
As an Veeva Vault Safety Application Support Lead, you handling incoming incidents, tickets, change requests and problem tickets. Your typical day will involve collaborating with cross-functional teams, analyzing business requirements, and developing solutions to meet those requirements for change management and handling the team. It is expected that you will be able to resolve critical issues.
Roles & Responsibilities:
- As an Veeva Vault Safety Application Support analyst, you handling incoming incidents, tickets, change requests and problem tickets.
- Keep the business running for Client s Safety and associated systems where Supplier s Dev Services team will ensure Business objectives for key applications in scope are met following Release management process as per client SDLC.
- Vault Safety(PV SMaRT): Backlog management and prioritization, support configuration changes, perform Enhancements with vendor
- Experience of Enhancement & Changes for Vault Safety Docs
- Validation: Perform validation activities for applications in scope (requirement analysis, Test case designing, Test Execution, follow Testing Life cycle)
- Connections: Enable and support data flow between source to target vault. Perform data analysis as per business request and other products under the product line.
Professional & Technical Skills:
- Experience in Veeva Vault SafetyDocs
- Good To Have Skills: Experience in Veeva Vault RIM/Quality.
- Strong understanding of software development life cycle (SDLC) and agile methodologies.
- Experience in supporting and maintaining technical documentation.
- Experience in creating configurations for Vault Safety Module
Additional Information:
- The candidate should have a minimum of 5+ years of experience in Veeva Vault and 2 Years in Veeva Vault Safety.
- The ideal candidate will possess a strong educational background in computer science or a related field, along with a proven track record of delivering impactful solutions.
