Job Summary:
We are looking for a highly motivated and experienced Salesforce Developer to design, develop, and deploy scalable solutions on the Salesforce platform. The ideal candidate will have deep expertise in Apex, Lightning Web Components (LWC), JavaScript, and Salesforce integration techniques (REST/SOAP APIs, middleware). You will work closely with product managers, admins, and architects to deliver high-impact business solutions in an agile environment.
Key Responsibilities:
Design, develop, and maintain custom applications using Apex, LWC, and JavaScript.
Implement robust Salesforce integrations with internal and external systems using REST, SOAP, and middleware tools.
Collaborate with business and technical teams to translate requirements into scalable solutions.
Troubleshoot and resolve performance, functionality, or integration issues in Salesforce environments.
Follow best practices for code quality, version control, and deployment, ensuring maintainable and testable code.
Participate in code reviews, design sessions, and release management cycles.
Document technical solutions and maintain system-level documentation.
Required Skills & Experience:
5 8 years of experience as a Salesforce Developer.
Strong proficiency in Apex classes, triggers, and batch processes.
Expert in Lightning Web Components (LWC) and JavaScript (ES6+).
Solid understanding of Salesforce data model, security model, and platform limits.
Hands-on experience with Salesforce API integration (REST/SOAP).
Familiarity with tools like Postman, Workbench, or Salesforce CLI.
Experience with source control (e.g., Git) and basic CI/CD processes.
Strong problem-solving, communication, and teamwork skills.
Preferred Qualifications:
Salesforce certifications (e.g., Platform Developer I & II)
Experience with middleware (e.g., MuleSoft, Dell Boomi, Jitterbit) is a plus
Familiarity with agile methodologies and tools (e.g., Jira, Confluence)
Understanding of Salesforce DX and scratch orgs
